Delivery within Lithuania
We deliver via LP Express, DPD, Omniva and Venipak to parcel lockers or an address in Lithuania. Standard delivery is 1–5 working days; Easter Island heads take 2–5 working days. Order processing and carrier operations may affect the delivery time.
One delivery charge
Delivery is free when the goods total after discounts is €100 or more. Below €100, one charge applies: the highest item tariff in your bag - €2, €3.50 or €5.60. Individual item delivery charges are not added together.
For example, a diffuser (€3.50 tariff) and a large candle holder (€5.60 tariff) cost €5.60 to deliver together unless the free-delivery threshold is reached.
Payment
Bank transfer in the local test version lets you test the order process. Do not make a real transfer: the IBAN and bank details have not been provided. Card, Paysera, MakeCommerce, Revolut, Stripe and bank-link integrations will be enabled after the selected provider account is connected. The final active methods will be displayed at checkout.
Checking your parcel
Inspect the packaging and object on arrival. If you notice damage, keep the packaging, photograph the damage and contact us. This recommendation does not limit your statutory rights.
