Draft for the local version. Review against the final store operation before public launch.
Seller and scope
The seller is Dovydas Ringaila, individual activity certificate No. 1459714, trading as Amžinai Tavo – Betono Studija. Not VAT registered. These terms apply to online sales of goods within Lithuania. You select the contract language on the site; mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of language.
Goods and prices
Prices are shown in euros without a misleading VAT breakdown. Delivery is calculated before you submit the order. Variation prices, dimensions and available stock appear on product pages. Natural handmade differences are described and do not remove the right to conforming goods.
Placing an order
Choose a variation and quantity, check your bag, provide accurate contact and delivery details, choose payment and read the terms. You can correct information before final submission. Submitting an order creates an obligation to pay the displayed total using the selected method; the local test version does not conduct real trade. Order information is provided by email.
Fulfilment and delivery
We deliver within Lithuania under the times and tariffs on the Delivery & payment page. Payment confirmation, order processing and dispatch are managed in WooCommerce. If fulfilment becomes impossible, we contact the buyer and arrange the handling of any refund.
Withdrawal and quality
The Returns page explains the 14-day withdrawal process and product non-conformity rights. Damage from dropping or incorrect care is assessed according to the circumstances; no blanket liability waiver applies. Transit risk passes to the consumer under mandatory legal rules.
Complaints and disputes
First email amzinaitavostudija@gmail.com with your claim. A reasoned response is provided within 14 calendar days. If your claim is rejected or no response is received, you may apply to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority via vvtat.lrv.lt or the VTIS consumer information system. Your right to seek a court remedy remains unaffected.
