14 days to decide
Consumers may withdraw from an online contract without giving a reason within 14 days, subject to statutory exceptions. For goods, the period starts on receipt; statutory rules apply to a single order delivered in multiple parcels. Being handmade does not in itself remove this right. We do not currently accept custom orders.
How to notify us
Use the electronic function below or email a clear withdrawal statement with your name, contact details and order identification. No reason is required. The acknowledgement includes the content of your statement and the submission date and time.
Sending goods back
After notifying us, send the goods back within 14 days. The buyer pays the direct return shipping costs, as disclosed before purchase. Return address: Vytauto g. 58, Naujasodžio k., Karmėlavos sen., Kauno r. sav., Lithuania.
Refunds
We refund payments, including the standard initial delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier. We do not have to refund the extra cost of a delivery method more expensive than our standard option. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise without cost to you.
Inspection and defects
You may inspect the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond this, as provided by law; this does not automatically remove your right to withdraw.
Contact us about defective or non-conforming goods. The seller is responsible for statutory non-conformity claims, including the two-year legal protection. These claims are separate from a change of mind; lawful remedy costs are not transferred to the consumer.
